These terms govern your purchase from Dashcams Limited ("PresseBooks"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11300530). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you by email within 1 working day to confirm availability and arrange payment. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and arrange dispatch.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Dashcams Limited is not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS). Payment is arranged after your order is confirmed. We will contact you with our bank details within 1 working day.
Free delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery £4.99 on orders under £50. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of payment confirmation via Royal Mail Tracked. UK mainland addresses only.
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. See also our Cancellation Rights page.
All products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. In addition, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
